Dom Pérignon | Champagne, France

Named after the Benedictine monk of Hautvillers, Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon, with its first vintage, 1921, released in 1936. Dedicated exclusively to vintage Champagne, it blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites to express the character of each harvest. Under cellar master Vincent Chaperon, its style balances freshness and creamy texture with smoky, mineral complexity. Extended ageing is central to its identity, with P2 and P3 releases revealing further expressions of the same vintage after increasingly long maturation on the lees.
