🏛️ About the Producer

Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Armand Heitz combines Burgundy’s winemaking traditions with regenerative farming. Armand took over the family estate in 2011–2012, bringing an approach that integrates vineyards, livestock and permaculture gardens to support living soils and biodiversity.

Guided by “Le terroir sans filtre”, his winemaking emphasises freshness and vineyard identity, producing textured whites with restrained oak and expressive reds through gentle extraction and whole-bunch fermentation.
