Founded in Reims in 1981, Champagne Bruno Paillard is an independent, family-run maison known for its elegant, mineral-driven Extra-Brut style. Its approach centres on low dosage, careful winemaking and extended ageing, with 25 hectares of estate vineyards spanning 89 individual plots. Transparency is also central to the maison’s philosophy: it has printed the disgorgement date on every bottle since 1983, helping wine lovers follow each Champagne’s development.
