Celebrate Spanish National Day with a culinary journey across Spain, presented by Rustico in collaboration with Valtravieso.

Explore regional dishes from the Basque Country, Galicia, Rioja, Valencia, Murcia, Castile and León, and Catalonia, with six wines selected to accompany the savoury courses.

From Basque-style pintxos and Galician octopus to Spanish beef tenderloin and crema catalana, the menu brings together a range of regional flavours for an evening of Spanish food and wine.
