Two dry Riesling Großes Gewächs wines from Weingut Wittmann and Weingut Keller meet three Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru wines across different producers and vintages. Framed by music from Spohr and Ysaÿe, the tasting explores the contrast between mineral precision and velvet texture.
