🏛️ About the Producer

Founded by Chinese winemaker Ming Fang, who studied oenology in Dijon, Maison Fang brings a fresh perspective to Burgundy’s winemaking traditions.

Working with carefully selected grapes from organically cultivated vineyards, Ming personally oversees every stage of production. His small-scale, hands-on approach centres on expressing each vineyard’s individual character, crafting wines with purity, precision and a sense of place.
