🏡 About Pierre Paillard
The Paillard family has been crafting wines in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy for more than 200 years. Today, eighth-generation brothers Quentin and Antoine Paillard manage the estate, sustainably farming 11 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay without herbicides or insecticides to preserve the soil’s micro-organisms.
Rooted in its own Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy, Pierre Paillard produces terroir-driven grower Champagnes in very limited quantities. In 2018, the family expanded its reach to other exceptional terroirs in the Montagne de Reims, including Ambonnay and Verzenay. Quentin will guide guests through a selection that explores these villages, grape varieties and vintages.
