The Somm Top 5 returns for its second edition, inviting 20 sommeliers from 20 different Hong Kong restaurants to blind-taste over 15 different Old World Pinot Noir wines and discover outstanding value.

Taste every wine blind, compare styles and assess what’s in the glass without the influence of the label. Each sommelier will award every wine a score from 80 to 100 points, with the average of all participating sommeliers’ scores determining the final ranking. Only the five highest-scoring wines will advance to the next stage.

After your tasting, you’ll receive the full list of wines tasted, including portfolio prices and supplier contact details, helping you turn discoveries into potential additions to your restaurant’s wine list.
