Explore Italian wines alongside Chinese palace-inspired cuisine at Lion Rock, presented in collaboration with Wine Culture. The eight-course menu brings together sea cucumber, bird’s nest, fish maw and quail, with a red date and ginger tea interlude.

The wine selection opens with Soligo Prosecco and Stefano Massone Gavi, followed by reds from Tuscany, Friuli and Piedmont. From Chianti Classico to Barolo, discover a selection of Italy’s regional wines before concluding with Cascina Gilli Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco.
