🏛️ About the Producers
Champagne Taittinger
Based in Reims, Taittinger traces its origins to the founding of Forest-Fourneaux in 1734, with the Taittinger family opening a new chapter in 1932. The house is celebrated for an elegant, refined style shaped by its emphasis on Chardonnay, supported by extensive estate vineyards and historic Gallo-Roman chalk cellars. Its prestige cuvée, Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, is crafted exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, embodying the house’s commitment to finesse, craftsmanship and family heritage.
Domaine Evremond
Founded in 2015 through a partnership between Champagne Taittinger and Hatch Mansfield, Domaine Evremond brings Champagne expertise to the chalk soils of Chilham in Kent, England. The site was carefully chosen for its sheltered slopes, favourable exposure and free-draining soils, with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier forming the foundation of its English sparkling wines. Named after Charles de Saint-Évremond, who helped introduce Champagne to the English court, the estate celebrates Anglo-French friendship and a shared commitment to quality, combining Taittinger’s winemaking knowledge with the distinctive character of Kent.
Domaine Baron Thénard
Rooted in Givry, Domaine Baron Thénard is a historic Burgundy estate with family vineyard connections dating back to 1760. Its holdings extend from the Côte Chalonnaise to prestigious sites in the Côte d’Or, including Le Montrachet, Grands-Échezeaux and Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru Île des Vergelesses. Traditional winemaking and patient maturation underpin a classical style prized for freshness, structure and ageing potential, with an emphasis on expressing the character of each vineyard.
