Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Judgment of Paris with an evening of Chateau Montelena wines and Macanese-Portuguese cuisine at La Famiglia.

Set within interiors inspired by Macau’s nostalgic heritage homes, La Famiglia brings together carefully selected ingredients and comforting recipes reflecting centuries of Macanese and Portuguese culinary tradition.

The evening features a special anniversary sparkling wine, three contrasting whites and two vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon. With bottles ranging from 750ml to 1.5L and 3L, the dinner pays tribute to an estate that helped reshape the world’s perception of California wine.

🍇 About Chateau Montelena

Established in 1882, Chateau Montelena is one of Napa Valley’s historic wine estates. It achieved international recognition at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, where its Chardonnay triumphed over celebrated French white wines in a blind tasting—a landmark moment for California winemaking.

Chardonnay remains central to its story, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, while its broader range includes Sauvignon Blanc and Potter Valley Riesling. The 2026 celebration marks 50 years since that historic Paris tasting, rather than the estate’s founding.
