Revisit Burgundy’s celebrated 2005 vintage with The Victuals over a four-course dinner. Six mature reds from Domaine de la Vougeraie and Domaine François Legros offer a chance to discover how two decades have shaped their character.

This horizontal tasting spans five villages across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including a comparison of two Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Crus and Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru “La Riotte” served from magnum.

🏡 About the Estates

Domaine de la Vougeraie
Founded by the Boisset family in 1999, this Premeaux-Prissey estate brings together family vineyard holdings across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Organically farmed from the outset and Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2011, it focuses on low yields and individual vineyard expression.

Domaine François Legros
Established in 1988, this family-run estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges is managed by François Legros alongside his daughters Charlotte and Laure. Its approximately 6.8 hectares span both Côtes, combining sustainable farming, hand harvesting and traditional cellar practices, with HVE Level 3 certification achieved in 2021.
