The selection features four celebratory 50th Anniversary wines, including the newly released Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2023. Founded in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn, Duckhorn Vineyards helped establish Merlot as a serious standalone Napa Valley wine at a time when it was more commonly used for blending. Its inaugural 1978 vintage included both Cabernet Sauvignon and Three Palms Vineyard Merlot, establishing a vineyard connection that remains central to its identity. At Three Palms, lean, rocky soils and heat-retaining volcanic stones help produce concentrated, age-worthy wines.
