Join for an evening exploring the wines of Yizhong Estate, a producer from Ningxia, China, alongside refined Cantonese cuisine at The Kowloon Hotel’s Loong Yat Heen.

The six-wine selection showcases Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Gernischt and a Cabernet Sauvignon–Syrah blend. A guided tasting will introduce the wines throughout a dinner featuring honey-glazed Spanish pork char siu, pan-seared foie gras with beef tenderloin, and crispy chicken smoked with Da Hong Pao tea.

🍇 About Yizhong Estate

Established in 1996, Yizhong Estate lies on the eastern slopes of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, one of China’s leading premium wine regions. Covering approximately 769 hectares of vines, the estate is particularly known for Cabernet Sauvignon, combining rich dark fruit with subtle floral and oak notes. Its 2020 Master Oak Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon earned a silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
