Description

Discover five wines from Prunotto alongside Cantonese cuisine at Man Wah, with Bojan Radulovic guiding an evening dedicated to Piedmont’s winemaking heritage.

Begin with Arneis Langhe 2023, followed by Barbaresco 2022, before exploring two older vintages: Barolo 2001 and Barolo Bussia 2007. A glass of Moscato d’Asti 2024 brings a sweet finale to a menu featuring barbecued Iberian pork, Australian M9 Wagyu and lotus-leaf fried rice.

🏛️ About the Producer

Based in Alba, Piedmont, Prunotto traces its origins to a cooperative founded in 1904, acquired and renamed by Alfredo and Luigina Prunotto in 1922. Under Beppe Colla, the winery helped pioneer single-vineyard Barolo with Bussia in 1961.

Owned by the Antinori family since 1994, it manages approximately 70–75 hectares of vineyards across the Langhe and Monferrato, with varied clay, tufa and sandy soils contributing to the wines’ character. Its range showcases Barolo, Barbaresco and other regional expressions, combining traditional methods with modern winemaking.
