Join Carissa Mondavi, granddaughter of Robert Mondavi and daughter of former Opus One winemaker Tim Mondavi, for an intimate wine dinner celebrating the Mondavi family’s winemaking legacy.

Held at Canton Library, this exclusive 12-seat evening features Novicium 2019 and 2021 alongside flagship Continuum 2019 and 2023, offering an opportunity to explore two vintages of each wine. Discover Chiara Mondavi’s Sentium Sauvignon Blanc 2023, with Roederer Estate Quartet served as the welcome drink.

A bespoke Cantonese menu accompanies the wines, featuring marinated abalone, handmade dumplings, roasted pigeon, braised beef short ribs and foie gras and wagyu stone pot fried rice.
