Description
Join Ginsberg+Chan and Jean-Pierre for a one-night-only dinner with winemaker Mee Godard. Trading the formal wine dinner format for the relaxed feel of a dinner party at home, the evening brings together Parisian bistro cooking, expressive Beaujolais and conversations with Mee as she visits tables to share her wines.
The tasting begins with Beaujolais Blanc 2024 before exploring four Morgon wines from the 2021 vintage: Corcelette, Grand Cras, Côte du Py and Passerelle 577.
A specially designed menu pairs the wines with French classics, from oeuf mimosa and steak tartare to stuffed roast chicken and boeuf bourguignon, finishing with île flottante aux pralines.
