Founded in 2015 by Hong Kong-born winemaker Stef Yim, Azienda Agricola Sciara explores the volcanic terroir of Sicily’s Mount Etna through high-altitude, low-intervention wines.

With vineyards reaching 1,520 metres, the estate highlights elevation as a defining part of its identity. Old vines, organic farming and wild-yeast fermentation underpin Stef’s approach, allowing each wine to express its volcanic soils and cool mountain setting.
