Join David Lavantureux and Louis Meunier as they share their family histories, vineyard stories and winemaking philosophies. The evening begins with Lavantureux’s Chablis Vaux Carrés, followed by Vau de Vey Premier Cru and Bougros Grand Cru, an opportunity to explore the distinctive expressions of Chablis’ limestone terroir.

Continue into the Côte de Nuits with Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron’s Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru and Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru. The highlight? Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru 2018, served from magnum, offering a more mature vintage alongside the domaine’s 2022 wines.
